According to ma’am Lorna T. Matheson, one of the judges in all the events, “the performers are all deserving of the awards because they have performed their best and they are all good. But we have to choose the best among them.” For Mrs. Rhoda T. Sazon of 91-2 Rizal Extension, Davao City and a mother of Franz Jerick T. Sazon of Davao City Special Educational School said, “Masayang-masaya at proud ako nang makita ko ang anak ko na nag perform sir; proud ako sa kanya dahil first time kong dumalo sa ganitong mga patimpalak”. (I am so happy and proud seeing my son performing sir, because this is my first time to witness an event like this). For Mr. Joel Quiratman, our English Cluster Coordinator have emphasized that, “in spite of some lapses, we have to move on because our main purpose is to choose the best contingents for our cluster in the division level.”
