The appeal highlighted the urgent need for assistance as many families continued to suffer in the aftermath.

The call for help was met with an overwhelming response from the people of the Archdiocese of Davao. Parishes across the archdiocese conducted special collections in all Masses, including anticipated Masses, as instructed. Individuals, groups, and institutions likewise contributed through bank deposits and direct donations, showcasing the unity and generosity of the community.
