CHARIS Philippines National Spiritual Directors Conference

The CHARIS Philippines National Spiritual Directors Conference was held on August 18–20, 2025 at the Pope Pius XII Catholic Center, Manila. This three-day national gathering brought together Spiritual Directors from across the country to deepen their mission of guiding Charismatic Communities in the life of prayer, service, and evangelization.

The event was organized by CHARIS Philippines and hosted by Ang Ligaya ng Panginoon. This year’s theme, “Power for Mission,” sought to strengthen the role of Spiritual Directors in guiding the faithful and in renewing the vitality of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal throughout the country.

Representing the Diocese of Tagum were Rev. Fr. Benjamin Lucena, Rev. Fr. Allan Alindajao, Rev. Fr. Jack Malnegro, and Rev. Fr. Felix Labor, who serve as Spiritual Directors of the Charismatic Communities within the Diocese.

Their active participation highlights the Diocese’s commitment to the pastoral care and formation of our communities, ensuring that the presence and movement of the Holy Spirit continue to be nourished and sustained in the local Church. (Photos: Veritas 846)
