OLMMP Celebrates First Holy Communion 2025

Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Parish (Indangan) held its First Communion for 2025 in two phases, as two schools in different barangays belong to the parish. These schools are Teofilo V. Fernandez NHS and Acacia Junior High and Elementary School.

The First Communion is a significant sacrament in the Catholic Church, where children receive the Eucharist for the first time, strengthening their faith and deepening their relationship with Christ.

The first phase took place on February 20, 2025, at Teofilo V. Fernandez NHS, where 234 Grade 3 pupils received their First Communion. The Mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Clifford Monsanto, TOR.

The second phase was held on February 25, 2025, at Acacia Junior High and Elementary School, along with five other private schools. A total of 135 children participated in this part of the celebration. The Mass was officiated by Rev. Fr. Jesus Samaniego.

This sacred event was made possible through the efforts and initiatives of the PSP Ministry Program, whose dedication and support greatly contributed to its success.
