Baptism Requirements

1. Marriage Contract (orig. & photocopy) – Church or civil contract
2. Birth Certificate (orig. & photocopy)
3. IDS – from GKK leaders
4. List of Sponsors (must be Catholic)

Registration – Tuesday to Friday (office hours)
Pre-baptism Seminar – Saturday, 6:30 PM

Note: Adunay Interview alang sa mga ginikanan nga wala pa makasal sa simbahan. Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM (parish office)

Marriage Requirements

Individual Wedding

Interview of Wedding Applicants
Tue-Sat – 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM only

Must present the following documents upon interview:

1. Baptismal Certificate – newly-issued with a note “FOR MARRIAGE PURPOSE”
2. Confirmation Certificate – newly-issued with a note “FOR MARRIAGE PURPOSE”
   Note: if not yet confirmed, only Baptismal Certificate may be presented.
3. IDS – Information Data Sheet issued by GKK leaders (for parishioners only)

Other requirements must be completed 3 weeks before the wedding are as follows:

1. Marriage License
2. Marriage Banns (refer to the parish sec) or 3 Sundays announcement of your wedding
3. Parish Permit (for non-parishioner)
4. Precana Seminar – may be scheduled after the interview of Marriage Applicants

Precana Seminar Schedule
1st Saturday and 1st Sunday of the Month
Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or can be taken in other parishes
Note: Kindly bring notebook and ballpen.

Orientation and Confession
Scheduled the day before the wedding at 2:00 PM

Amansibado Wedding

Dalhon panahon sa Interview:
(9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Tues-Sat)

1. Baptismal Certificate (for marriage purpose) (lalaki ug babae)
2. Confirmation Cert. (lalaki ug babae)
3. IDS – from GKK
4. Marriage License (alang sa below 5 yrs. nga nag-ipon)
5. Civil Contract (alang sa nakasal na sa Civil)
6. Affidavit of Cohabitation ug Cedula (alang sa nag-ipon na ug 5 yrs. above edad 25 yrs. old & above)
7. Permit alang sa kasal kung dili parokyano sa St. Joseph Parish

Amansibado Seminar
Matag ikatulo ug ika-upat nga Domingo sa Bulan, 8AM to 5PM
Venue: Family & Life Apostolate Center (St. Joseph Parish)

• Ballpen & notebook (dalhon panahon sa Seminar)
• I-submit ang tanang papeles sa kaslonon usa ka semana una ang adlaw sa kasal
• Modawat sa Sakramento sa Kumpisal sa bisperas sa kasal lakip na ang Orientation sa sequence sa kasal
• Sa adlaw sa kasal kinahanglan nga moabot sa simbahan 30 minutos sa dili pa ang Misa.
