Hi Fr. Ritsche,

Thank you for publishing my reaction to Fr. Cimagala’s article. I was made aware of it by my friends in Colorado, Dr. Amy Ashmann and Wilma Teves.

Amy is the chairman of the board of the Philippine Catholic Biblical Mission Foundation (PCBMF) and travels to Davao for the mission. Wilma is the treasurer of the foundation. It means that they are keeping up with church news here though they cannot understand the Visayan articles. (I struggle at times with it, too, because I grew up with saksak sinagol na bisaya. I have difficulty with some deep bisayan words.)
I find the columns of the English writers pretty interesting and I am also highly impressed with your pointed editorials. Call it my quirks but I look forward to the jokes!
