Formator’s team building

The Formation Ministry of St. Mary of the Perpetual Rosary Parish conducted a Team Building Seminar for Parish Formators, on October 29. Spearheaded by Formation Coordinator, Lina Montilde and Igmedio Abogado as the main facilitator, it was held in the Franciscan Fathers Formation House, Indangan, Davao City.

The three-fold objectives of the seminar included re-clarification of each one’s direction and growth in spirituality as formators, unification, strengthening and empowerment of each team, deepening, widening and increasing knowledge and wisdom on the fallacy of superstition, idolatry, Satanism, among others.

There were thirty-five (35) formators who attended and enjoyed the seminar which brought belongingness and camaraderie to everyone. It was indeed a success through the untiring support of its Parish Priest, Fr. Jess H. Samaniego. (Clinita Nartea | Formator-GKK MPH, Panorama)
