Sto. Niňo Parish of Kaputian Celebrates 31st Founding Anniversary!

Founded in the year 1978, the Sto. Niῆo Parish of Kaputian celebrated its 31st Founding Anniversary last June 16, 2013, in an activity dubbed as Parish Day 2013, with the theme: “BATANG HESUS, TINUBDAN SA PAGTOO SA KATAWHAN,” a theme which has been adapted from the theme of the parish’s 30th parochial fiesta last January.

The whole day affair began with the celebration of the Holy Mass at 9:00 A.M. presided over by the parish priest, Rev. Fr. Rico P. Enriquez.

After the Eucharistic banquet, a culminating program was held attended by the different GKK leaders, members of the different ministries, and parishioners. An estimated number of those who attended reached around 342. A fellowship lunch then followed where the people shared not only the food but also the joy of being part of the universal Church who has received the faith, and has the mission of sharing and propagating it.

The festive celebration was also the people’s way of expressing their gratitude to Sr. Sto. Niῆo, for the protection and for all the blessings they continue to receive from God!
