Semana Missionaria ended with a Eucharistic celebration presided by the Bishop of Petropolis, Most Reverend Dom Gregorio. ”Young people, never lose hope…inside, we have Christ in us…and outside, we have the world to be conquered and to change. Do not be afraid, TRUST in the Lord and LIVE the Gospel in your life…Diocese of Petropolis is your home…” Bishop Gregorio said before the final blessing.

From July 22-26, all the pilgrims stayed at the main venue, in Rio de Janeiro for the World Youth Day proper.
