Pader’s Day

PADERS’  DAY — Today, we should take special efforts to honor, not only  our biological fathers but most importantly  our priests, our  “pader”  in our parishes and churches. We are their veritable children. Come to think of it, every day of our lives we do honor our own fathers in our families but when do we really honor and say “thank you” to our priests who devote their whole  lives selflessly, generously and voluntarily  to the church ministry and to our bigger family? This is one good occasion to do so. Happy Paders Day sa atong mga “pader” ug   mga kaparian!

CIRCUS —i don’t know about you but many of us are no longer interested to hear what’s up at the PDAF scandal. We now get annoyed and angry listening to the on-unending “circus” on TV and in the press.  “Kapoy na mo!”

DELAY — The delay in the Malacañang review of the proposed bangsamoro basic law is due to the alleged “haphazard” manner it was prepared. That’s the reason, I was told, why up to now Malacañang has not endorsed it to Congress. There’s still a lot of work needed. So let’s all be patient.
