Davao Light conducts pulong-pulong in Matina Pangi

Last July 26, Davao Light and Power Co. conducted a pulong-pulong at ASICO Homeowner’s Association in Matina Pangi.

The Customer Retail Services Department (CRSD) composed of CRSD Supervisor Ruby Barnes, Line Services Section Supervisor Engr. Jessimer Enriquez, Engr. Jeffrey Jomer Madolora and Engr. Jerry Cano were present to grace the event.

During the pulong-pulong, the team talked about how to apply for new connection and power line extension, both primary and secondary lines. This includes the necessary non-technical and technical requirements needed and the standard set-up of a service entrance.

At the end of the presentations, the CRSD team and the residents had an open forum which clarified issues and concerns regarding the topic.

“The purpose of this pulong-pulong is to educate the customers on Davao Light’s electric service processes and make them understand that applying for a new service connection is just as easy as ABC. It is also our way to know how well our customers are informed on these services. And we’re happy that we had a positive response from the residents.” Engr. Enriquez said.
