Dear KNOT,

My mosquito net.

This gives us feelings of comfort and security which brings us to a restful sleep.

Your case might be exceptional. However, I would like to invite you look deeper into yourself and try to find out what stops you from letting go of your security mosquito net. What are you afraid of just in case it’s not there anymore? Aside from not being able to sleep without this, what else do you think will happen? Perhaps you need to journey back and re-visit your childhood experiences. Possibly you can pinpoint some events which led to your finding comfort in having that mosquito net on your feet. From there, you can already formulate steps or ways on how to deal with the effects of those experiences now that you are an adult. Welcome the risks of discovering yourself more especially along this concern.

God bless you and tune in ka sa KNOT araw-araw sa DXGN 89.9 Spirit FM para sa mas marami pang lessons in life.
