Election 2019
When election precincts are closed and the official counts are released by COMELEC (Commission on Elections) we can all go back to normalcy. No more hate words against opposing political parties; no more vote-buying; and no more politicking.
Let us be hurt by the results but let not that hurt define our relationships with one another. We may be rejoicing because our political bets won but let us consider the feelings of those whose political candidates lost in the recently concluded election.
Win some, lose some. Whoever you are in that two sides, just accept the reality that in life, in every political race; in every election some wins and some will lose.
Today is the time for healing and reconciliation. We hope that those who made it to the political elective post will reach out to those who did not make it. After all life is a vicious cycle. Maybe in 2022 the political landscape in the Philippines might change or might not change.
