Culture Sunday

As Saint Paul said, “we are one body, and Christ is the head.” In the world we live in, many cultures, similar to the Catholic Culture express this unity. However, the beauty of the Catholic culture truly promotes the enrichment of relationships with God, others, and nature.

There is a thing called shared freedom and shared existence; we are all connected, and a sense of unity pervades us as children of God. A culture that gives oneself to others with love, which attracts grace and goodness. A loving culture is established when good deeds are repeatedly done, but it can be tarnished if sin enters the picture.

Indeed grace makes culture more beautiful, however sin can ruin our grace-filled relationships with everyone. Any sin can fog our minds and take away our freedom as we suffer the consequences of our immoral actions. However, the Church gives us a remedy to bring us back to the state of grace, which are the Sacraments and chief of these are the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the Holy Eucharist. Let us go to our Blessed Mother who spent time with her Son, who is the very source of grace and celebrate the culture of life.
