Our Lady of the Rosary

Our Lady of the Rosary, My Companion

I consider the Our Lady of the Rosary as my companion in times of trials and challenges in life. Every time I pray the rosary, I believe she is with me. She never leaves me especially in times of sorrow. That’s one of the many benefits of praying the rosary.

For years now, I’ve been praying the rosary and Mama Mary has been consistent in interceding for me. Many prayer requests have been answered like getting school scholarships for my children, healing, finding a job, and many more. The list is endless. Try praying the rosary which only takes around 20 minutes of your time and the possibilities of granting your requests are so big.

Make it a habit to pray the rosary whether or not you have requests. By doing it you are with the presence of The Our Lady of Rosary who will give you a calm and serene feeling as you recite all of its mysteries. With the intercession of our Lady, surely by God’s will our prayers will be answered.

Let’s give honor and glory to our dear Mama Mary as we celebrate the feast of the Our Lady of the Rosary on October 7, 2023. VIVA MARIA!!!

Below is a short prayer of mine in honor to Our Lady of the Rosary:

Dear Mother Mary, our companion in times of need, be with us as we recite the Holy Rosary. As Jesus listened to you during his first miracle at the wedding in Cana through your intercession, may our prayer requests also be granted by God.

As we recite the mysteries of the rosary, may we learn to pray it by heart and put into practice all the lessons that can be learned from it.

Thank you dear Lady of the Rosary for all you have done for us. May we be reminded always to act like you, ever gentle and obedient. Amen.

“The rosary appeals to many. It is simple. The constant repetition of words helps create an atmosphere in which to contemplate the mysteries of God. We sense that Jesus and Mary are with us in the joys and sorrows of life. We grow in hope that God will bring us to share in the glory of Jesus and Mary forever.” – Franciscanmedia.org
