Dancing Bible Retreat-Workshop Nasinati!

Sr. Maximilian Mirader, OSB from Diocese of Iba: “It is a very creative and engaging method of sharing the Word of God. I enjoyed the process.”

Bro. Pablo Siasico, Bible Apostolate Diocesan Lay Coordinator from Pagadian: “Nindot for facilitating recollections. Duna nay variations in sharing the Word of God nga nadagdag aside from 3 RSS, 7 steps etc. Maganda para sa youth.”

Sr. Lodife Edullantes, OP from Tagum City: “I have a joyful experience as I joined this Bible Dancing Workshop. There is an interaction of the participants. Listening to the Word of God through dancing is also telling myself to be in the present moment dancing with God.

Sr. Julie Lobitos, OSB: “Dunay healing power and it was an uplifting spiritual journey with the Word.”

Mercy Delalamon, from Davao City, ug miyembro sa Archdiocese of Davao Bibliodrama Group: “It was really a nice experience dancing with the Lord in a prayerful way.”

Bro. Jose Alverio from Tagum City: “Really enriching! New approach, new method in encountering the Word through Dancing. Everything in the Bible has an action, movement through dancing. It is like a water that flows from the mountain… the source of life.”

Mother Cecile Lañas, OSB: “Lipay kaayo sa bag-ong nahitabo nga Dancing Bible Retreat-Workshop. It is a new, something new here in the Philippines. In fact this is the first time that the Philippines experienced the Dancing Bible Workshop. This is not Bibliodrama. Bibliodrama is already very much known in the Philippines but Dancing Bible is not. So, starting this time, because we have already experienced, the Dancing Bible will be propagated in the Archdiocese of Davao. Thank you so much for the cooperation of the Archdiocese, for this program of the Episcopal Commission on Biblical Apostolate (ECBA) and Bibliodrama Philippines.”

It is really indeed a meaningful method in sharing the Word of God through dancing. Congrats to all who wholeheartedly participated in the process! (Madelyn Tito | Photos by Madelyn Tito and ABAD)
