SRPYA Gears Up for SYC 2025

The Summer Youth Camp (SYC) journey of San Roque Parish Youth Apostolate has officially begun through the Pre-Camp session held on May 18, 2025, led by the PYA Core Group.

Preparing the physical, social, moral, and spiritual well-being of the youth are the objectives of the event as they are about to take part in the most awaited youth gathering in the parish.

The session commenced with a Holy Rosary, asking the intercession of our Mother to lead the journey closer to Christ.

Smiles became visible on the faces of the young as they began to create meaningful connections with each other and at the same time laughs and cheers started to echo in the very same venue.

The rationale of the event, the theme, and the objectives were delivered by Jozeil Crodua, Parish Youth Coordinator. Meanwhile, John Mark Lisondra, Zone 2 Youth Coordinator, oriented the youth with the house rules.

As the floor opened for questions, clarifications, and concerns, purposeful conversations arose, making the session more informative, engaging, and insightful

During the kick-off of the afternoon session, the Amazing Race, packed with challenging stations, broke the barriers thus bridging the youth to play with enthusiasm, demonstrating unity and teamwork.

The participants returned home with full hearts, embracing hope as they excitedly wait for their dreamed Summer Youth Camp 2025.

Truly, it was a day packed with meaningful and unforgettable events, making them SYC-ready.
