GKK Our Lady, Mary Mediatrix of All Grace celebrates 11th Patronal Fiesta

The Gagmayng Kristohanong Katilingban (GKK) Our Lady, Mary Mediatrix of All Grace at Toscana Subd., Bago Gallera, under San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish (SLRP), Talomo, Davao City, celebrated its 11th Patronal Fiesta with a Eucharistic Mass at the subdivision’s clubhouse last May 31, 2025.

Every last Saturday of the month of May, the official fiesta is celebrated and coincidentally this year, the fiesta timed with the Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Moreover, the 9:30 am mass was presided by the former Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Pepe Retorca. The Mass was not only offered for the GKK’s annual feast and for the visitation of the Blessed Mother at the same time, it also gave the GKK the opportunity to thank Fr. Pepe personally and wished him luck on his next assignment.

After the mass, the members, with guests from SLRP had a fellowship with the traditional luncheon salu-salo.

The fiesta celebration is centered with the theme, “Mary Mediatrix of All Grace, lead us in our Pilgrimage of Faith & Hope”, in which the fiesta activities started on May 22 with the 9-day Novena. On May 30, they held a Marian Procession around the subdivision at around 4:30 pm and culminated the Flores de Mayo with 12 kids serenading their parents and the GKK members with a song. Finally, the members offered flowers to Mama Mary.

Every year, the fiesta always brings together the GKK members into prayer and camaraderie. The GKK Servant Leaders, headed by PSK Richard Diano, thanked everyone for their generosity of time and resources, which made the celebration truly Spirit-filled & festive. (Menchie B. Gudian)
