Another Milestone for the DMII – Archdiocese of Davao

On Sunday, November 23, 2025 the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International (DMII) in the Archdiocese of Davao added another feather to its cap as the ten (10) candidates for the DMII – St. Mary of the Perpetual Rosary Parish in Buhangin, were formally conferred by Fr. Orlando A. Angelia, Parish Priest.

The momentous ceremony was conducted after the 8:00 am Mass and were witnessed by the parishioners.

The solemn ceremony was highlighted by the crowning of each candidate in the presence of Diocesan Officers: Elizabeth A. Dipaling, Regional Representative – Reg. XIll, Fe M. Perono, Diocesan Regent and Virginia F. Palec, Regional Secretary, Reg. XIII, and Diocesan Secretary, and, members of the DMII-Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Circle.

The 10 candidates are: Marianita Accion, Honet Lynne Accion, Zoraida Cabaluna, Emily Carillo, Willaquim Dinopol, Divina Dodson, Narcisa Estasiones, Warlinda Hechanova, Geraldine Lastimado and Fortunata Pascual.

In these critical and challenging times, devotion to Mama Mary offers a path to find comfort, strength, and guidance by following her example of faith, humility, and unwavering trust in God’s will. Hence, the DMII in the Archdiocese of Davao are now intensifying its campaign to activate/reactivate the various circles and leaving no stone unturned to establish more circles. (Ma. Cynthia P.
