Mother Butler Mission Guilds (MBMG) held its Raffle Draw

What was supposed to be a big plan to host the Annual Diocesan Gathering of the MBMG in the City of Mati ended with the simple raffle draw for the support of the programs of the group!

After reflecting on the recent calamity that struck the Province of Davao Oriental, the strong earthquake, the members of the MBMG decided to forego their annual gathering in solidarity with the sufferings of their brothers and sisters in the Diocese! However, they continued their raffle draw in order to generate funds for their projects in the parishes!

They also donated a big amount for the construction of the St. John Marie Vianney Wellness Center – a retirement home for the elderly and sick priests in the Diocese of Mati.

With their charism of making the Liturgy of the Church celebrated with dignity, they continue to provide linens, vestments and other liturgical vessels to the parish where they belong.
